To play German Lotto using this form, follow these steps:

  1. All players must be at least 18 years of age! Void where prohibited by law.
  2. Choose how you want your numbers selected. Do you want your numbers chosen at random from a German State Lottery Machine (i.e. Quick Pick)? Or, do you want to choose your own numbers?
  3. Please tell us how many games you wish to play?
  4. Please tell us how many times you want us to play your numbers (number of draws). Minimum numbers of draws is 12 and increments must be by 12.
  5. Please multiply the number of games by $3.00 (Minimum $36.00) and put the total amount in the field marked (Total=).
