Pennsylvania Cash 5/43: How To Play. Start by picking  numbers from 1 to 43. Just pick five of 43 yourself, or ask for Quick Pick and the computer will randomly choose your numbers for you. Games are $2 each. When you've completed the form, submit it. Be sure to check the form to verify that the information is correct.  Cash 5 drawings are conducted 7 nights a week. Drawings are held at 7:00 pm.   How You Win. All you have to do is match 2, 3, 4 or 5 of the five numbers drawn on TV, and you're a cash prize winner.
